The Irish designer portrayed the theme of excess. Layering multiple fabrics and accessories, including bows, frills, and lace, proving that more is indeed more.
While recent seasons have shown many designers looking to the 80s and 90s for inspiration, Simone Rocha paid an ode to the Victorian era, placing the modern London girl in the extravagance of the 19th century. Rocha's designs ranged from themes of delicacy to dominance, with most of the looks being both, allowing us to see that fierce and feminine go hand in hand. And of course, it would not be a collection tailored for London Fashion Week without at least one tweed ensemble (that we absolutely love).
